I visited Warwick today and was looking for a last minute appointment to have a mani/pedi. Found Serine via Google Maps and had a great experience. First of all I was pleasantly surprised they had my favourite: CND Shellack in many beautiful colors. Second, the salon was decorated beautifully with nice furniture. The owner was a lovely lady and we had a great conversation. Overall: Highly recommended!!!!!
I had the loveliest facial, with a massage, using natural ingredients tailored to my skin. I'm overjoyed that there is finally somewhere for pampering using natural and organic products. Added to this is the lovely calm atmosphere and the warm nature of the owner. Helen is passionate and knowledgeable about clean beauty, and I will be back, often!
Wow! Just floated out of Serein Beauty after the most incredibly relaxing experience! Helen clearly knows her stuff and was happy to explain anything. The setting was calm & tranquil and the massage and facial first class, using organic top quality products. Every aspect was excellent, will definitely be back!
I had a shellac manicure and pedicure and I cannot speak highly enough of Helen.She strikes the right balance of professional and personable and what I really noticed about Helen is that you never feel like you're being rushed. She genuinely wants you to have the best experience and a high quality result and when I was having my treatment it felt like I was the only client that day and as though Helen had all the time in the world which made a real difference.The quality of the shellac was spot on. I find I usually end up with several chips and peels after about the 9/10 day mark but it's been 14 days and bar one small chip to one nail, they are still perfect! Thank you Helen, will definitely be returning!
