Good old fashioned and very knowledgable customer service. I always get keys cut here after other places have cut keys which dont quite work. Today I went to get a replacement tubular latch, expecting perhaps one if I was lucky in the correct size. I was shown 4 different types and explained in detail the pros and cons of each.
