I literally would not go anywhere else for everything for my dog, the staff are amazing, patient and so knowledgeable..Nathan is an amazing manager and louise and Katie always so smiley and fabulous with Rupert...the BEST x
This place is a little gem, I get all my pets supplies there. They can not go out their way enough, I walk my dog up there and wanted to pop into Waitrose, Not a problem they even looked after my dog for a while. Dont hesitate to go there.
I cant praise the staff enough for all their help and advice with my new puppy. This is my first dog and I have been so pleased with the advice given and would recommend anyone who is not sure what they are doing to visit the store. The manager and staff go that extra mile to support you and spend time with your dog to understand their characters. Chester cant wait for his next visit.
The staff are always great in this store! They are very knowledgeable about nutrition, training etc, with loads of useful tips. My dogs always get a warm welcome from the staff when we go. A special thanks to Nathan, Richard and the rest of the team.
My Husband and I visited Pets Corner at The Rosebird Centre several weeks ago prior to picking up our new puppy. We were greeted by two very knowledgable staff one I believe is the manager a lovely guy with years of experience in the pet industry as well as knowing show much about caring for a young puppy and dogs in general. The other lovely member of staff was a young lady, who has only recently herself had a new puppy so her knowledge and invaluable tips were excellent. We purchased pretty much all of what we needed with the help and advice of the members of staff. We picked our puppy up yesterday and went straight to Pets corner to ask for advice about the little car harness we had bought as we were not too sure how to correctly fit it and between the pair of the so helpful staff again the manager and young lady customer service staff they managed to sort out our harness. We then bought a few more goodies. I can honestly say this is the only pet shop we will be visiting it is absolutely fantastic. Thank you and keep up your excellent customer service a credit to Pets Corner company.
