A great place for shopping, if you are a handyman there's bargains galore and just about everything for the DIY person, a great place with friendly helpful staff and highly recommended
Ok, but feels like a place in its final death throes.Plenty of stock...but quite expensive (unless it's on special offer). Usually prefer Screwfix or Toolstation for better pricing. It's only the fact that the place is close to home that scores.
Customer service going downhill...Wanted to buy a saw to cut metal,but didn't know with was best option. asked two different members of staff, they were clueless, then asked at till, they didn't know either, they called on "speaker" for assistance, and told us to wait. Was waiting for about 20 min, holding two saws, no one showed up..In overall good store, if you know exactly what you want and need, because you will not get any assistance there..
