Although tiny its very centric. Has few stores but its well maintained and has some places to eat.

Great for a shopping trip in Leamington. Especially if the weather is poor. A really good selection of shops on 2 levels. The whole structure is pretty much glass. So it has a very bright and airy feel to it. Which is very refreshing compared to most artificially lit shopping centres. Good wheelchair access and escalators. The place is very clean and well cared for.
Great place to shop in the centre of Lymington spa. All the well known high Street stores along with the smaller unique independent shops close together. Only down side is that most shops close early and have no late shopping night service.
Average shopping centre, sadly a lot of shops units are currently empty. Nicely laid out with a good store mix, lots of premium stores as well as small independents. Great variety, good operational hours and close to all amenities.
